Projects Accomplished by the Team Members of DDS

At DataBridge Development Solutions (DDS), our team members bring together decades of collective experience in strategic planning, research, monitoring and evaluation, data analytics, and institutional development. Governance and Rule of Law

• Baseline Study – Citizens for Good Governance (CPDI): Led by Bilal Naqeeb, this study assessed transparency, accountability, and the capacity of civil society and local government actors across Sindh and Balochistan. A mixed-methods approach was used, including 435 household surveys, 12 FGDs, and 31 KIIs.

• Evaluation – Legal System for Religious Minorities (Legal Aid Society): A comprehensive end-of-project evaluation applying OECD-DAC criteria, led by Bilal Naqeeb, assessing access to justice, relevance, and sustainability of interventions.

• Balochistan Rule of Law Roadmap (UNODC/Adam Smith International): Supported the KP and Balochistan justice institutions in developing monitoring dashboards, capacity frameworks, and governance review tools for roadmap implementation.

Climate Change and Resilience

• Multi-Hazard Vulnerability and Capacity Assessment (MHVCA), Musakhel – CYAAD: Bilal Naqeeb conducted hazard mapping and institutional analysis through participatory research to inform DRR strategies in Balochistan.

• Training and DRR Capacity Building – SUNGI/TRC & PPAF: Designed and facilitated training modules on climate risk and field research for partner CSOs.

Health and Reproductive Rights

• DAFPAK Programme – Palladium/DAI/USAID: Developed province-specific data use frameworks and training modules to strengthen reproductive health service delivery in Punjab, KP, and Sindh.

• Community Engagement & BCC Strategy – PYWD/USAID: Designed behavior change strategies to support youth in accessing skills development and microfinance opportunities.

Education and Youth Engagement

• EGRA Monitoring – MSI/USAID: Oversaw the quality of Early Grade Reading Assessment in Punjab and AJK, ensuring data accuracy and standard protocol adherence.

• Student and Youth Mobilization – CYAAD and APU: Both Anas Bilal and Dua Naqeeb have engaged in education-based research, outreach, and communication for civic education, leadership training, and social impact programs.

Strategic Communications and Research

• Strategic Communication and Proposal Support – DDS: Dua Bilal Naqeeb supports market positioning, proposal development, and stakeholder engagement strategies, contributing significantly to branding and research visualization for client-facing deliverables.

• Research Associate – Oxford Policy Management: Dua supported strategy development, impact assessments, and stakeholder communication materials for multi-donor programs.

Institutional Development and Capacity Assessments

• NPI EXPAND Partner Assessment – Palladium/USAID: Conducted TOCA and Organizational Performance Index assessments to develop capacity strengthening plans.

• Strategic Planning and MEL Systems – RSPN, HRCP, SPO: Bilal led the institutionalization of M&E frameworks, performance management tools, and lesson-learned workshops across major CSOs.

Digital Innovation and AI-Driven Projects

• AI Data Annotation and Quality Assurance – Accenture: Dua Bilal Naqeeb currently contributes to the annotation and optimization of AI/ML models by validating large-scale training datasets.

• SEO and Digital Content Development – Awkward Media/Fiverr: Anas Bilal brings experience in producing optimized content strategies and digital analytics for brand performance.

Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning (MEAL)

• Inclusive and Democratic Processes in Pakistan (IDPG) – IRI/USAID: Designed MEL frameworks, conducted DQAs, and led partner feedback processes to enhance programming.

• FORUM-ASIA MEL Trainings: Facilitated regional PMEL workshops for South Asian CSOs, emphasizing gender and inclusion-focused evaluations.

Cross-Cutting Achievements

• Award-Winning Research – Dua Bilal Naqeeb: Recipient of the Emerald Innovative Research Excellence Award and Best Project Award by AMER for her work on trust in digital financial services.

• Youth and Women Empowerment Programs – HRCP, SAP-PK: Projects targeting political participation, leadership training, and access to services for marginalized populations across Pakistan.
